AI Tutor

About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and tech-savvy AI Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and a passion for guiding learners through AI-related topics such as machine learning, prompt engineering, automation tools, and AI applications in business.

As an AI Tutor, you will be responsible for training employees and learners on how to effectively use AI tools, improve productivity, and adopt modern digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on AI tools, prompt engineering, automation workflows, and productivity enhancements.
• Assist learners in understanding and applying AI concepts in real-world tasks.
• Create structured lesson plans, training material, and performance assessments.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and resolve learner queries professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, features, and tools.
• Track learner progress and share feedback with the training team.
• Support the organization in adopting new AI-driven processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, automation apps, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for learners of all skill levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn continuously.
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital tools, office apps, or CRM systems is an advantage.
