AI Tutorial Developer [Design Focus] (Remote)

Format: Screen Recording & Scripting Only (No Face, No Voice Required)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Designer-Builder to join our team. We don’t just want tutorials; we want to create the "gold standard" of technical education.

In this role, you will architect complex applications using the Google AI Stack and modern No-Code tools. But functionality isn't enough—we want you to teach our audience how to build visually stunning, production-grade software.

Important: This is a purely visual and textual role. You will design, build, record, and write. We do not need you to record your face or your voice.

What You Will Do

• Design-First Engineering: Conceptualize and construct functional, beautiful applications (e.g., productivity tools, AI agents, SaaS platforms). You are responsible for the UI/UX design as much as the backend logic.
• Clone High-Fidelity UIs: You will often be asked to replicate the look and feel of top-tier apps. You must know how to implement custom CSS, proper typography, and responsive layouts in tools like FlutterFlow or Bubble.
• Screen-First Production (Silent): Record high-fidelity, polished screen captures of the development process.
• Note: Your focus will be on smooth mouse movement and logical pacing. The visual flow must be perfect.
• Scriptwriting for AI: Instead of recording narration, you will write a precise, conversational script that matches your video timestamps. You must be able to explain both the AI Logic and the Design Choices (e.g., "Why we chose this layout").
• Documentation: Create detailed, step-by-step companion guides (Google Docs) featuring clean screenshots of your UI.

The Ideal Candidate

• You are a Product Designer at Heart: You refuse to use "default" styles. You obsess over 8px grid systems, border radius, and color theory. You never build ugly prototypes.
• You are a Tool Explorer: You love experimenting with new tech (Google Opal, Stitch, Gemini) and figuring out how to push No-Code platforms to their visual and technical limits.
• You Value Aesthetics: You understand that a messy desktop or erratic mouse movements ruin a tutorial. You take pride in creating "clean" content.
• You are an Articulate Writer: You can write a script that explains why you are connecting a database field or why you added specific padding, not just how.

Requirements

• Strong Portfolio (Mandatory): We need to see examples of No-Code apps you have built that demonstrate exceptional UI/UX design.
• Deep familiarity with the Google Cloud / AI Stack (Vertex AI, Firebase).
• Ability to record 1080p+ screen capture. (No microphone or camera required).
• Excellent Written English: Essential, as your writing will serve as the script for our AI Voiceover.

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per year
