About the Role
We are hiring an AI UGC Video Creator to produce short-form social content for a platform focused on AI video creation. This role is for someone who understands how to make content feel real, engaging, and native to short-form platforms.

You will turn ideas, creator pain points, product use cases, and current topics into videos that capture attention quickly and communicate clearly. We are looking for a creator who knows how to combine strong hooks, relatable delivery, and audience-first storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create 15–60 second UGC-style videos for short-form platforms
• Develop content around AI tools, creator use cases, workflow ideas, and audience interests
• Build videos with a clear structure, including hook, core message, and closing takeaway
• Record on-camera content that feels natural, confident, and easy to connect with
• Translate simple concepts into videos that are concise, watchable, and platform-appropriate
• Explore different video angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches for the same topic
• Keep content aligned with brand voice while maintaining a social-first and relatable style
• Revise and improve content based on feedback and changing content priorities
• Maintain steady, reliable output with consistent quality

Requirements

• Experience creating UGC content, short-form videos, or social-first digital content
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
• Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks and strong opening moments
• Comfortable speaking on camera with a clear, conversational, and engaging presence
• Strong instinct for audience attention, pacing, and relatability
• Ability to turn everyday ideas into content that feels useful, relevant, and easy to watch
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, dependable, and consistent in content execution
• Basic editing skills are helpful, but the main focus is content creation, messaging, and viewer connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content in AI, software, creator tools, digital education, or SaaS
• Ability to explain products, workflows, or use cases in a simple and engaging way
• Strong understanding of content that feels native rather than overproduced
• Experience creating multiple content versions or hook variations from one idea
• Portfolio showing short-form video work with strong on-camera communication

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 per month
