Hiring: UGC Video Editor (Performance-Based Ads)

We are looking for a skilled AI UGC Video Editor who understands performance marketing and conversion-focused editing.

If you know how to turn raw UGC footage into scroll-stopping, high-converting ads, this is for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

1- Edit 4 videos per day

2- Video length: 30–50 seconds

3- Create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds

4- Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects & pacing optimized for Meta ads

5- Follow structured ad frameworks (problem → solution → CTA)

Requirements:

1- Strong experience in UGC editing

2- Understanding of performance-based ads (Meta/TikTok style)

3- Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro

4- Good sense of pacing, retention, and ad psychology

5- Ability to meet daily deadlines

Compensation:

Salary: 50,000 PKR - 80,000 per month depending on the level of skills

Performance-based bonuses (based on output & results)
