Job Summary

We are seeking a mission-driven and agile AI Vibe Coder to join Ready Force Cyber. In this role, you will be at the front lines of bridging the cybersecurity skills gap by using "vibe-coding" to rapidly build, iterate, and deploy educational tools and automated workflows. You will move beyond traditional manual coding to leverage high-level intent, natural language, and AI orchestration to create accessible tech talent pipelines. Your work will involve building AI-driven platforms like our UpSkill Academy, automating student success workflows, and integrating AI into our workforce development processes. This position is a unique opportunity to use cutting-edge AI tools to empower learners from all backgrounds and help build a resilient, inclusive cybersecurity workforce.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Application Development: Use AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build and maintain full-stack applications that support our training and certification initiatives.
• Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and deploy automated AI agents using platforms like LangChain or n8n to streamline student onboarding, mentor matching, and curriculum updates.
• AI Integration for Education: Integrate LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems into our educational platforms to provide real-time, AI-powered tutoring and technical support for students.
• Optimize Workforce Pipelines: Develop and implement AI-driven processes for tracking student progress, certification readiness (CompTIA, ISACA), and job placement analytics.
• Security-First Vibe Coding: Apply cybersecurity best practices to AI-generated code, ensuring that all applications meet "Ready Force" standards for data privacy and secure transmission.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the Director of Workforce Development and technical mentors to turn organizational "vibes" (high-level mission goals) into functional digital tools.
• Content & Documentation: Leverage AI to generate and maintain technical training modules, system architecture diagrams (UML), and documentation within Confluence or Notion.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous "vibe-checks" and technical validation of AI outputs to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance of all deployed tools.

Skills

• AI Orchestration: Beginner to Expert in using AI code editors and LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini) to ship production-ready software at 10x speed.
• Core Technical Literacy: foundational knowledge in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL to audit, debug, and refine AI-generated logic.
• Cybersecurity Awareness: Familiarity with the cybersecurity ecosystem, including industry-standard certifications (Security+, CySA+) and secure coding principles.
• Workflow Automation: Experience connecting diverse APIs and platforms (CRMs, LMS, Cloud Services) via low-code tools and custom scripts.
• Product Thinking: Ability to visualize the end-user experience for students and educators, prioritizing intuitive design and functional impact over complex boilerplate.
• Data Management: Competence in managing vector databases and traditional databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to fuel AI-driven insights.
• Cloud Deployment: Familiarity with deploying and scaling applications in environments like AWS, Vercel, or Linux-based cloud servers.
• Agile Adaptability: A "learn-in-public" mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as AI models and organizational needs evolve.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
