AI Video Content Creator / Editor (Short-Form & UGC)

We’re looking for someone who knows how to use AI tools to produce realistic, high-performing short-form content that actually sells products.

• Not just cool AI visuals.
• Not random edits.

We want someone who understands how TikTok-style content works, and can use tools like Higgsfield, Flow, ElevenLabs and other AI/video editing tools to produce realistic UGC-style videos designed for conversions.

If you know how to push AI tools to their limits, write strong prompts, and generate high-quality outputs while using minimal credits — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create AI-generated short-form videos designed for TikTok Shop, ads, and organic content.
• Produce realistic AI UGC-style videos that feel authentic and natural.
• Use tools like Higgsfield, Flow, ElevenLabs and other AI creative tools to generate video, voice, and visuals.
• Write high-quality prompts to get the best possible results while keeping credit usage efficient.
• Edit and finalize videos into polished scroll-stopping product content.
• Work with the creative and campaign team to turn product ideas into video concepts.
• Test different content styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI content tools and workflows to keep our production ahead of the market.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content, especially short-form.
• Strong experience using Higgsfield, Flow, ElevenLabs, or similar AI tools.
• Excellent prompt writing skills to control outputs and achieve high realism.
• Ability to produce UGC-style content that feels natural and authentic.
• Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
• Understanding of short-form video psychology (hooks, pacing, retention).
• Someone who can experiment, iterate, and find creative ways to push AI tools further.
