Job Summary

We are seeking high-potential thinkers from all academic backgrounds to build the core product for our global users. You won't just be generating images; you'll be part of the high-energy Accelerator team, learning to turn complex AI commands into simple, reliable, One-click visual templates. This is a fast-paced role perfect for anyone who wants to see their creative work launch a major tech product

• Requirements:
  Creative Eye: You have a good sense of design, visuals, and storytelling, and notice details like colors, lighting, and composition.

• Interest in Generative AI: You’ve explored or are excited to explore AI tools (text-to-image, text-to-text, etc.), and enjoy experimenting with prompts.

• Love for Experimentation: You like trying different ideas, styles, and prompts to see what works best.

• Creative Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring out how to get consistent and predictable results from creative tools.

• Passion for Creating: You genuinely enjoy making visuals and turning ideas into images or videos.

• Eager to Learn: Curious about new tools and workflows, and willing to learn through practice, tutorials, and feedback.

• Open to Feedback: Comfortable improving your work based on feedback and guidance.

• Team-Oriented: Can work well in a fast-moving environment and collaborate with others.

• Social Media Awareness: Familiar with visual content and trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Basic Tool Comfort: Comfortable exploring AI tools, simple editors, or creative platforms.

• Organized Thinking: Able to note down prompts, results, and learnings in a clear way for future use

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Visual Creation: Leverage our in-house tools and leading AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Seedream, ChatGPT) to produce high-quality visuals across diverse styles, niches, and creative use cases.

• Advanced Prompt Optimization: Systematically experiment with and refine prompts to achieve precise control over outputs, including lighting, textures, composition, environments, and artistic direction.

• Scalable Template Design: Convert successful visual workflows into intuitive, reusable “one-click” templates that enable consistent results for users.

• Consistency & Repeatability: Ensure all generated visuals are highly reproducible, delivering stable, predictable, and high-quality outputs at scale.

• Quality Assurance & Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, refine, and troubleshoot templates, resolving visual inconsistencies and maintaining professional standards.
