AI Video Creator & Editor

Job Description
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator & Editor who can produce high-quality videos using AI tools while maintaining strong visual consistency, storytelling, and professional editing standards. The ideal candidate understands both AI-generated video workflows and traditional video editing principles.

You will be responsible for creating marketing videos, social media content, promotional clips, and brand videos using advanced AI tools with consistent characters, realistic motion, and clean final edits.

Key Responsibilities

• Create videos using AI video generation tools with strong character consistency
• Edit and enhance AI-generated videos for professional output
• Produce reels, ads, promotional videos, and short-form content
• Maintain visual quality, timing, transitions, and storytelling flow
• Sync audio, voiceovers, and background music
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on concepts
• Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and ads
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI video creation and video editing
• Strong knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora-style workflows, etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Understanding of frame consistency, motion control, and prompt-based video generation
• Creative eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to deliver high-quality videos within deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with character consistency techniques in AI videos
• Knowledge of motion graphics and VFX
• Experience creating ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads
• Basic color grading and sound design skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
