Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Editing & Animation Expert with 4–5 years of experience. Our primary focus is on AI the ideal candidate must be deeply proficient in the latest AI-powered video and animation tools, stay ahead of market trends, and use artificial intelligence to elevate production quality, speed, and creativity. Beyond technical skill, this role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to deliver compelling visual content across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Tools & Innovation (Primary Focus)

• Use AI video generation tools (Runway ML, Sora, Kling, Pika Labs, Luma AI, Hailuo) to produce high-quality video content at scale.
• Create AI-driven animations using tools such as HeyGen, D-ID, Viggle, AnimateDiff, and Leonardo AI.
• Leverage AI for automated video editing, scene detection, subtitle generation, and smart cropping (Descript, Captions.ai, OpusClip, Munch).
• Use AI voice synthesis and lip-sync tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Murf) for voiceovers, dubbing, and avatar-based content.
• Write effective prompts for AI tools to achieve consistent, brand-aligned visual outputs.
• Continuously research and test emerging AI tools and apply them to live projects to stay ahead of market trends.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit and produce professional-grade videos for social media, ads, YouTube, websites, and presentations.
• Handle end-to-end post-production: cutting, transitions, color grading, sound design, and final export.
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar NLEs for advanced editing.
• Create motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, and animated elements for video content.

Animation

• Produce 2D and 3D animations for explainer videos, product demos, brand storytelling, and social content.
• Use tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Animate, or AI-assisted animation platforms for character and object animation.
• Apply VFX, compositing, and green screen techniques as needed.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Lead and manage a team of video editors, animators, and motion designers.
• Assign tasks, review deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to align video output with campaign goals.
• Conduct internal training sessions to upskill team members on new AI tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in video editing and/or animation, with a strong focus on AI tools.
• Hands-on proficiency in AI video/animation tools: Runway ML, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Sora, Luma AI, Captions.ai, OpusClip, or equivalents.
• Strong command of traditional editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Deep understanding of current AI trends in video, generative media, and creative automation.
• Ability to write structured, effective prompts to direct AI tools precisely.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-assisted and traditional video/animation projects.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, trend-aware, and passionate about the future of AI-driven content creation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI avatar and digital human creation (HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID).
• Knowledge of generative image tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) for video pre-production.
• Background in brand content, advertising, or agency production environments.
• Familiarity with social-first video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and platform-specific best practices.
