Position Title: AI Video Editor (Real Estate Marketing)
Location: Sindhi Muslim Housing Society, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled AI Video Editor to produce high-volume, high-impact video content for our real estate campaigns. Your core function is to leverage AI tools to efficiently edit, enhance, and assemble property showcases, client testimonials, and promotional clips that meet market standards and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
● Prompt, direct, and edit compelling video content (walkthroughs, testimonials, ads, reels) using generative AI and traditional editing tools.
● Design and implement dynamic visual enhancements (animations, graphics, transitions) using AI-powered tools and manual craftsmanship.
● Develop and maintain a standardized visual brand kit to guide and ensure consistency across all AI-generated and manual outputs.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to uphold brand consistency across all AI and manual outputs.
● Research, test, and integrate new AI video tools and techniques to improve workflow efficiency.
● Manage and perform quality checks on AI-generated content to ensure it meets brand, narrative, and creative standards.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
● Additional certifications / diploma in AI related courses preferred.
● 3–5 years’ AI video editing experience.
● Proficiency in using AI Tools Google Gemini Flow, HeyGen, Leonardo, RunwayML is a plus.
● Hands-on experience creating, editing, and optimizing voice-overs using AI synthesis platforms such as ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, or Resessmble AI is required.
