We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and AI-obsessed video editor who can generate powerful, monetizable content across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram using AI tools + traditional editing expertise.

Your Mission:

Own the end-to-end creation of engaging, high-performance video content by combining prompt engineering, AI tools, and strong storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and edit short-form & long-form videos using AI tools (RunwayML, Sora, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.)
• Craft effective prompts to produce visually stunning results with AI video generation platforms
• Use CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools to refine content and add storytelling magic
• Develop highly monetizable videos optimized for platforms like TikTok Shop, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube
• Stay on top of AI trends, tools, updates, and best practices—be the go-to AI expert on the team
• Analyze performance and own weekly KPIs like:
• Videos produced
• Engagement rate
• Content monetization performance
• Support influencer campaigns by producing and optimizing creator content
• Maintain an always-evolving personal tool stack and guide others on innovation
• Mentor junior editors as the team scales

What Makes You a Fit:

• Solid portfolio in AI-generated content or video editing with AI direction
• Familiarity with content monetization strategies & creator economy trends
• Experience collaborating with marketing or performance teams
• Up-to-date on AI influencers, visual trends, and viral formats
• Clear communicator, team player, and experiment-driven creator
• A "Driver" mindset — proactive, creative, and detail-obsessed
• Passion for storytelling, visual editing, and having fun while doing it

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Prior agency experience or marketing background
• Led campaigns that drove sales, awareness, or engagement
• Built content for TikTok Shop or e-commerce brands
• Managed influencer/UGC content workflows
