AI Video Production Specialist (Learning Content)

Role Overview

DIMOIS College of Business is building an AI-driven learning ecosystem to support its academic programs. We are looking for an AI Video Production Specialist who can convert structured academic scripts into high-quality AI-generated learning videos. The content and scripts will be prepared by the internal academic content team. The responsibility of this role is to transform those scripts into professional video learning modules using AI tools and video production systems. The initial project will involve producing 400+ hours of recorded learning content for the ABT Program.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Production

Produce AI-generated learning videos based on scripts provided by the academic content team.

Responsibilities include:

● Converting provided scripts into structured video modules

● Creating AI-generated presenters or voice-based videos

● Integrating slides, visuals, and supporting graphics

● Producing clear and consistent learning videos

● Editing and finalizing video content for learning delivery

Required Skills Candidates should have experience with AI-powered video production and digital media creation. Preferred skills include:

● AI video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, Pictory, or similar)

● AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Murf AI)

● Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)

● Experience creating professional educational or training videos

● Strong attention to visual quality and production consistency Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate:

● Has experience producing AI-generated video content

● Is comfortable working with AI video tools and automation workflows

● Can efficiently convert written scripts into professional video lessons

● Has strong execution capability and attention to detail

● Is interested in building scalable digital learning production systems Growth Opportunity This role is expected to become the foundational position for AI-based learning video production at DIMOIS.

As the institution expands its programs, the specialist may take responsibility for scaling the production process and helping build a dedicated AI learning media team.
