Role Overview

Cloudhands is building a world where anyone can make something wonderful with AI — without prompts, complexity, or technical friction. Recipes are the heart of that promise: guided, orchestrated workflows that turn a user’s intention into a polished, delightful output.

Our internal recipe creation engine can take a concept from idea → first draft. But that first draft is rarely ready for the world. It needs taste. It needs tuning. It needs someone who can turn a rough, functional workflow into something elegant, reliable, and emotionally resonant.

That’s where you come in.

The Recipe Tuner is a detail‑obsessed craftsperson who takes draft Recipes and transforms them into commercial‑ready experiences. You refine prompts, adjust orchestration settings, test edge cases, eliminate bugs, and elevate the overall feel of the Recipe so it delights real users. You are the last mile of quality before a Recipe is ready to share with the world.

This is a contract role ideal for someone who blends creative intuition, prompt‑level craftsmanship, and a deep sensitivity to what makes AI outputs feel magical.

What You’ll Do

Recipe Refinement & Tuning

• Take draft Recipes (prompt scaffolds, model selections, orchestration flows) and tune them into polished, reliable, user‑ready experiences.
• Rewrite, restructure, and optimize prompts for clarity, consistency, and emotional resonance.
• Adjust model parameters, orchestration steps, and workflow logic to improve output quality.
• Identify and eliminate bugs, hallucinations, formatting issues, and edge‑case failures.
• Ensure Recipes produce repeatable, high‑quality, and on‑brand outputs.

Quality, Taste & User Delight

• Apply a strong sense of taste to ensure Recipes feel intuitive, elegant, and satisfying.
• Evaluate outputs through the lens of a normal user — not an engineer — and tune accordingly.
• Ensure Recipes reflect Cloudhands’ philosophy: Make something wonderful with AI. Not prompts.

Testing & Validation

• Run structured tests across multiple inputs, personas, and use cases.
• Stress‑test Recipes for failure modes, ambiguity, and unexpected user behavior.
• Document issues and propose improvements to the Director of AI Product Operations.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with the Director of AI Product Operations to understand category standards, naming conventions, and quality bars.
• Provide feedback to the internal recipe‑generation engine team to improve first‑draft quality.
• Maintain clear documentation of tuning decisions, rationale, and version history.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with prompt writing, prompt tuning, or AI workflow design.
• Familiarity with multiple AI models (LLMs, image models, multimodal models).
• Ability to debug and refine multi‑step AI workflows.
• A basic understanding of coding and the tool GIT
• Experience in creative technology, content creation, UX writing, or similar craft‑driven roles.
• A portfolio of tuned prompts, workflows, or AI‑generated outputs is a plus.
