Horizons Assisted Living Facility, located in Canandaigua on Route 21South, is seeking an Aide (HHA/PCA) or Med Tech for the Afternoon/Evening Shift

3P-9P or 3P-11P

FULL TIME, PART TIME AND PER DIEM positions available.

We provide all the training!

Starting at $18.65 for those already certified as PCA/HHA.

Not Certified? No problem! We can provide all the training and certifications after probation period is completed.
