Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility (including use of Hoyer lifts), and feeding to promote comfort and independence.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and document all procedures accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Monitor vital signs, perform basic assessments, and record physiological data to support ongoing patient care plans.

Experience

• Prior experience working in diverse healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms for medical documentation and patient records management.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments including urgent care or post-acute settings while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient service. Pay: $19.00 - $50.00 per hour
