Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our growing healthcare technology team in Multan. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance healthcare workflows, support diagnostics, and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models for disease prediction, patient analysis, and health tracking.
• Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with doctors, designers, and developers to integrate AI models into healthcare applications.
• Research and apply NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling techniques to medical data.
• Ensure models and applications comply with data privacy and security standards.
• Stay updated on latest AI/ML trends in healthcare and suggest innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML development (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with health data (EHR, medical imaging, wearable data) is a plus.
• Knowledge of NLP, chatbots, or health prediction models is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
