About the Role:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic AI/ML Developer to join our growing team.

• You'll collaborate with experienced data scientists and engineers to build, train, and deploy intelligent models, LLM-powered applications, and automation systems that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to design, train, and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, and recommendation systems
• Work with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to develop and test prototypes
• Develop and test AI-powered applications such as chatbots, text summarizers, content generators, and intelligent assistants
• Assist in data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and labeling to prepare datasets for model training
• Experiment with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Support integration of ML/LLM models into production systems and participate in code reviews
• Explore new technologies in NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and generative AI
• Document workflows, architectures, experiments, and outcomes
• Stay informed about emerging AI/ML research, LLM advancements, and industry best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming knowledge (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, data manipulation)
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, clustering, decision trees, classification)
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch)
• Basic exposure to NLP concepts and text processing fundamentals
• Hands-on experience or coursework using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic) or open-source models
• Understanding of prompt engineering basics for LLM applications
• Understanding of data visualization, preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Jupyter Notebooks experience for experimentation and prototyping
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Strong communication abilities and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or web services integration
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment
• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and RAG architectures
• Awareness of MLOps or model deployment pipelines
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask for API development
• Academic or personal projects demonstrating ML/LLM applications (GitHub portfolio welcome)
• Understanding of fine-tuning techniques or model optimization is a plus
