AI/ML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for real-world use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Collaborate with data teams to collect, clean, and structure large datasets.
• Train, test, and evaluate models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems via APIs or cloud platforms.
• Optimize and retrain models as data evolves.
• Document work clearly and contribute to continuous improvement of ML pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Understanding of common ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, CV, etc.).
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation metrics, and feature selection.
• Familiarity with SQL and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Experience deploying models via Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new AI technologies.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
