AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that drive our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, programming, and data analysis, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and Spark.
• Design and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration.
• Conduct data mining and analytics to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform model training and validation using various techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Maintain documentation of processes, algorithms, and model performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, SAS) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop).
• Strong understanding of database design principles and experience with linked data concepts.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and ETL tools like Talend.
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and applications.
• Ability to work with quantum engineering concepts is a plus.
• Experience with Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
