AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven AI/ML Engineer (2+ years of exp) with strong expertise in Python to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using AI solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms using Python.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and deploying models at scale.
• Work with large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.
• Develop production-ready code and deploy AI models into cloud or on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products or services.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks and Python libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas).
• Conduct research and experiments to solve complex business problems using AI/ML techniques.
• Document processes, experiments, and results clearly for stakeholders.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Docker/Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
