Job Description
AI Engineer to implement intelligent automation workflows for pharmaceutical analytical processes and CDMO operations. Contribute to cutting-edge AI development for HPLC method optimization, protocol automation, and regulatory compliance using Azure OpenAI GPT-5. Strong Azure platform knowledge and Claude Code proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on agentic systems
Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and cloud deployment
Proficiency in Claude Code for AI development and pharmaceutical workflow automation
Experience with LangGraph and agentic workflow development
Knowledge of LLM evaluation methodologies, testing frameworks, and quality assurance
Understanding of Azure OpenAI GPT-5, embedding models, and prompt optimization
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and analytical chemistry basics
Experience with document processing tools (LlamaParse, Azure Document Intelligence)
Key Responsibilities
Implement pharmaceutical AI workflows using Claude Code and LangGraph
Build intelligent extraction systems for method parameters, chromatographic conditions, and validation criteria
Develop and execute LLM testing strategies for pharmaceutical use cases
Create AI-driven validation algorithms for analytical method protocols
Support HPLC method recommendation engine development
Implement evaluation frameworks for method accuracy and scientific validity
Integrate with Azure DB for Postgres for method libraries and validation data
Support pharmaceutical scientists with AI-assisted protocol generation
