AI/ML Engineer:

This role is for a senior AI/ML professional who builds, deploys, and manages advanced AI solutions, especially Generative AI (ChatGPT-like systems), on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

They are hands-on engineers, not just managers.

Ideal Candidate Profile (tell recruiters this clearly)

• 8–10 years total experience
• 3–5 years solid AI/ML project experience
• Strong Python + Machine Learning background
• Already working on LLMs / GenAI / AI agents
• Experience deploying models to production (real systems)

Not for freshers or pure data analysts
Not for purely academic AI profiles with no deployment work

What they actually do (in easy language)

• Build ML models
• Predict things, classify data, forecast trends
• Use Python libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Work on Generative AI
• Build ChatGPT-like systems
• Do prompt engineering
• Fine-tune large language models
