Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and a solid understanding of data-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to build AI solutions
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Integrate ML models into production applications via APIs
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
• Research and implement new AI/ML techniques and tools
• Document model designs, workflows, and experiments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP basics)
• Experience with data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
• Familiarity with SQL and data handling techniques
• Basic understanding of software engineering best practices and Git

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies
• AI/ML certifications or relevant coursework

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
