AI/ML Engineer

Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)

Duration: 12 months

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to build scalable AI-driven applications that solve real-world business problems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference
• Develop models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
• Work with structured and unstructured data
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization
• Deploy models using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
• Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML and GenAI

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
• Knowledge of SQL and data handling
• Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment
