Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with a passion for developing innovative AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs (Large Language Models) such as GPT, LLaMa, Gemma, and Mistral.
• Fine-tune and optimize AI/ML models for specific use cases, focusing on improving accuracy and performance.
• Implement multi-model deployment strategies for efficient, production-level model inference.
• Develop and implement NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques for tasks like text summarization, text generation, and named entity recognition.
• Utilize automation workflow tools (e.g., N8N Workflow) to streamline production processes.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and workflows.
• Manage spatial databases and utilize spatial data analysis techniques (if applicable to the role).
• Investigate and resolve defects and issues to ensure system functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Java, and/or C/C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques.
• Experience with deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Claude, Vertex AI, Google AI Studio, HuggingFace, Open Router and Ollama.
• Experience with database management, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with specific cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with geospatial data and tools.
• Publications in relevant fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
