Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.

- Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Evaluate and improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI/ML systems.

- Research and apply state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and technologies.

- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models in production environments.

- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn).

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.

- Solid understanding of software development principles and version control (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills:

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices.

- Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
