AI/ML Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure best practices in data management, model development, and deployment.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
