Position Overview

At Calibre, we are transforming our product family through the integration of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies. As a key member of the team, you will help drive innovation across our core products, enhancing productivity, precision, and customer value. This role offers global impact and the opportunity to shape the future of mission-critical services.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions integrated within Calibre products to deliver exceptional customer value.
• Drive quality assurance and performance optimization across multiple platforms to ensure robust and reliable product releases.
• Lead strategic technical initiatives, providing thought leadership and fostering innovation across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and influence product direction through technical expertise.
• Design and develop scalable software systems with a focus on AI/ML integration and optimization.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting technical excellence and professional development.

Required experience/skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience will also be considered).
• Strong software development experience with expertise in Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as GenAI technologies including OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise AI applications is a plus!
• Demonstrated technical leadership within AI/ML projects and contributions to open-source projects or AI/ML research publications is preferred.

Our Benefits & Rewards

The salary range for this position is $33,500 to $67,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
