Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The trainee will work closely with senior developers and data scientists to develop, test, and deploy ML models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Machine Learning models.
• Work with datasets for data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Support in building predictive models and AI-based solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ML models.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Supervised & Unsupervised Learning).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Understanding of statistics and linear algebra fundamentals.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to real-time projects or internships in AI/ML.
• Basic understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
