AI/ML Traineeship

About the Traineeship Program
We are looking for AI/ ML Trainees who are passionate about building seamless and beautiful mobile applications. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will work closely with our tech and product teams on research, model development, and deployment tasks. This is an unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks) where you will gain hands-on experience.

**Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI/ ML and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract insights.
• Support integration of ML models into applications and platforms.
• Research and experiment with new algorithms, libraries, and frameworks.
• Document learnings, workflows, and results for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior engineers on live projects.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in Python programming.
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of ML concepts like supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification.
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
• Hands-on experience with datasets (Kaggle or academic projects).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
