AI/ML Trainer

About the Role:

NETSOL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) professional to join us as a trainer to deliver the courses on AI/ML. The ideal candidate is an active industry practitioner with hands-on experience in ML/AI development and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals. This role is perfect for individuals who wish to share their expertise and shape the next generation of ML/AI developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Delivery:

• Design and deliver engaging, hands-on sessions on ML and AI concepts, frameworks, and tools.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical lessons, focusing on real-world applications.
• Lead interactive workshops, case studies, and project-based learning activities.

1. Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with the NETSOL team to refine and develop the course syllabus, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
• Incorporate the latest tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the ML/AI domain.
• Continuously update course material to reflect emerging AI technologies and techniques.

1. Mentorship and Guidance:

• Guide students in developing AI/ML projects and building portfolios that showcase their skills.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their understanding and application of ML/AI concepts.
• Act as a mentor, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

1. Industry Insights:

• Share real-world insights, case studies, and personal experiences from the industry to enrich learning.
• Introduce students to best practices, ethical considerations, and emerging trends in ML/AI development.
• Organize guest speaker sessions with AI/ML industry leaders (optional).

1. Evaluation and Assessment:

• Develop assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate students' progress.
• Provide timely feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
• Track learner performance and adapt training approaches based on class dynamics.

1. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, AI, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience .
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing , or proven industry experience in AI applications .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in conducting technical training, workshops, or mentoring. Will be a plus

1. Preferred (Optional):

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS ML Specialty).
• Familiarity with SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and its application in AI/ML skills mapping and development.
• Experience working with AI startup environments or leading AI-based projects.
