Air and Water Balancing Technician

We are seeking an experienced Air and Water Balancing Technician (TAB Technician) with a minimum of 2 years of HVAC balancing experience. The successful candidate will perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of air and hydronic systems to ensure they meet design specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems.
• Measure and record airflow and waterflow using precision instruments.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics.
• Prepare detailed and accurate TAB reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot HVAC system performance issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TAB or related HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, air distribution, and hydronic balancing.
• Familiarity with NEBB, AABC, or TABB standards (certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (Not Mandatory).

Salary: To be discussed during interview

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
