Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
• Change linens, wash laundry, and restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials.
• Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep spaces spotless.
• Inspect properties after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met before guest check-in.
• Manage custodial tasks including trash removal, sanitation of high-touch areas, and general upkeep.
• Communicate with property managers or hosts regarding maintenance needs or guest requests to enhance guest experience.
• Taking before and after photos of the units.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning techniques including floor care and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to handle laundry duties efficiently and manage housekeeping supplies responsibly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and property owners.
• Prior experience with cooking or kitchen cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
