Naseem Perfumes is a leading fragrance manufacturing company based in Ajman, committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for a skilled AC Technician & Maintenance Technician to support our factory and facility operations.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, along with general facility maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the factory and office premises.

Key Responsibilities
AC Technician Duties:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split, ducted, and package AC units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Ensure proper gas charging and leak detection.
• Maintain records of AC maintenance and service schedules.

Maintenance Duties:

• Handle general electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of factory and office premises.
• Repair lighting systems, switches, sockets, and minor mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in AC repair and building maintenance (UAE experience preferred).
• ITI/Diploma certification in HVAC or Electrical field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting AC systems and facility maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
• Physically fit and able to work in factory environments.
