Air Conditioner Fitter

Job Summary
The Air Conditioner Fitter is responsible for assembling and installing air conditioning units in accordance with established operational procedures. The incumbent ensures high-quality workmanship, compliance with safety standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks to support smooth production operations.

Qualifications1. College diploma or above. <br>2. Minimum 1 year of production/assembly experience, preferably in HVAC or related manufacturing. <br>3. Ability to communicate in English

Work Experience At least 1 year of experience in production assembly or technical manufacturing.

Certificates & Trainings Vocational training or technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields is an advantage.

Technical Skills

1. Knowledge of air conditioning assembly and installation procedures.
2. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and work instructions.
3. Basic understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Competent in the use of assembly tools and equipment.
