Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team — someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking company.

The Role

You’ll be working across a variety of commercial sites, carrying out installations, servicing, and maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out efficient repairs
• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Working on systems including split, VRV/VRF, and packaged units
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and F-Gas regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and on-site support
• Completing job reports accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning installation/service
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence
