We're expanding our specialist Service & Maintenance team and urgently seeking experienced Air Conditioning Engineers, HVAC Engineers, AC Service Engineers, Mobile AC Engineers, and Commercial Refrigeration Engineers who specialise in planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns, emergency call-outs, and fault-finding on commercial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), service visits, compliance checks, and system health reports on commercial air conditioning and HVAC equipment.
- Respond rapidly to reactive breakdowns, emergency call-outs (including out-of-hours rota), and urgent client requests to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose faults, repair, recharge, commission, and test systems including VRV/VRF, splits, fan coils, comfort cooling, chilled water, and associated controls.
- Accurately complete F-Gas paperwork, maintain site logbooks, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Carry out minor installations, modifications, upgrades, and remedial works as required.
- Collaborate with the office team to log jobs, update clients, and achieve fast resolutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer, AC Service Engineer, or similar in commercial building services environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, fan coils, chilled water systems, etc.).
- Valid F-Gas Category I certification (essential).
- Excellent fault-finding, repair, and customer service skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence (company van provided).
- Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience with reactive and emergency works in commercial settings.
- Knowledge of BMS/controls, ventilation, or related mechanical systems.
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
