AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN CUM DRIVER

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Senior HVAC Technicians to join our MEP Maintenance Division. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems including package units, split systems, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently according to set parameters and safety standards.
• Maintain service records and provide technical feedback to the supervisor.
• Supervise junior technicians and guide them during maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow company safety standards and site regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (preferably in the UAE).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3500.00 per month
