Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units and related equipment.
• Support senior engineers in diagnosing faults using schematics and technical diagrams.
• Participate in routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings and schematics relevant to air conditioning systems.
• Contribute to equipment repair tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Support construction activities related to HVAC system installations on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts utilised during repairs or installations.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks across various sites as required.

Experience

• Basic mechanical knowledge or understanding of HVAC systems would be an advantage, but not essential; training will be provided.
• Exposure to schematics, technical diagrams, or construction environments is advantageous.
• Leadership qualities or previous experience leading small teams or projects will be considered a plus.
• Prior experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or construction industries is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
