We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Air Conditioning Trainee Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units and related equipment.
- Support senior engineers in diagnosing faults using schematics and technical diagrams.
- Participate in routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings and schematics relevant to air conditioning systems.
- Contribute to equipment repair tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Support construction activities related to HVAC system installations on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts utilised during repairs or installations.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks across various sites as required.
Experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge or understanding of HVAC systems would be an advantage, but not essential; training will be provided.
- Exposure to schematics, technical diagrams, or construction environments is advantageous.
- Leadership qualities or previous experience leading small teams or projects will be considered a plus.
- Prior experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or construction industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
