Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Air Duct Cleaning Assistant Technician! In this energetic role, you will support the cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial air duct systems, ensuring healthier indoor air quality and optimal HVAC performance. Duties

• Assist lead technicians in cleaning and inspecting air duct systems using specialized tools and equipment
• Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, hoses, vacuums, and safety gear before starting projects
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment during all tasks
• Remove debris, dust, mold, and other contaminants from air ducts to improve indoor air quality
• Support the transportation and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment at job sites
• Document work performed, including before-and-after photos or reports as required
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Skills

• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and safety compliance
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and explaining procedures to clients
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn technical aspects of air duct cleaning
• Reliable transportation to reach various job sites across the service area
• Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or similar trades is a plus but not required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
