This is a role responsible for coordinating international air freight shipments from the office. Prior experience working in an air cargo or airport warehouse environment is highly preferred, as it provides a strong foundation for learning our office operations
Responsibilities
- Documentation: Prepare basic export paperwork, including house air waybills (HAWB) and packing lists.
- Flight Tracking: Monitor airline schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time departures.
- Customer Support: Answer phone calls and emails from clients regarding shipment status and basic quotes.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate directly with our warehouse team to verify cargo weights, dimensions, and readiness
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Prior experience working in air cargo, airport operations, or logistics warehousing is highly preferred.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email) and the ability to quickly learn logistics software.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $ 18 -19 per hour
