Air Export operation in Freight Forwarder

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight import and export operations, including booking, documentation, and shipment coordination
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, trucking companies, and customers
• Arrange cargo pickup, customs clearance, and final delivery when required
• Prepare and review shipping documents
• Track shipment status and proactively handle exceptions or delays
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system
• Support the sales team with quotations and operational insights

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (air freight experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of air import/export procedures and documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of handling DG or special cargo
• Existing relationships with airlines or overseas agents
