Air Export Operations Analyst

International Freight Forwarder / NVOCC is looking for an Air Export Anaylst. We are looking to fill this full-time position ASAP.

Summary of Duties:
Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.
Coordinate cargo pick up/transfer and monitor status.
Communicate with export related authorities, customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
Communicate/correspond with overseas agents and clients in a timely manner, to include: pre-alerts, rate requests, shipment status, etc.
Track shipments and update customers/agents of status.
Create and maintain customer files.
Create customer invoice and approve payables.
Ensure accurate data entry and document upload into the system.
Assist other departments/divisions as needed, or when requested by department or branch manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Summary of Experience and Knowledge:
-The right candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in Air Export operations. We ----Require somebody with strong organizational skills.
-High school degree or equivalent required.
-Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to succeed in in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and problem solving oriented personality.

-Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
