Air Export Operations and sales:

• Handle end-to-end air export operations from booking to final departure.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, shipping bills, courier and related documents.
• Coordinate with airlines, airport terminals, CHA, transporters, and warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of Airport Terminal Charges, airline procedures, and cut-off timelines.
• File and manage AMS / Advance Manifest filings as required.
• Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle overseas agent communication for bookings, confirmations, and shipments & well versed with incoterms.
• Prepare air export quotations for customers and overseas agents.
• Negotiate rates with Master coloders airlines and overseas partners.
• Coordinate closely with internal pricing, sales, and operations teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for key customers.
• Provide regular shipment updates and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain and submit all DSRs (Daily Status Reports) accurately and on time.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• To have your own business / customer relationships to support growth of the Air Export department will be an added advantage.
• Identify new business opportunities in air exports.
• Support management in achieving departmental revenue and volume targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air Export Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, operations, documentation, and customer service.
• Hands-on experience with MAWB, HAWB, AMS, airline handling, and overseas agents.
• Good understanding of air freight market trends and airline networks.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle work independently and manage multiple shipments.
• Business-oriented mindset with focus on growth.
• Knowledge of Courier and Air Import operations will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
