About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with experience in air freight or logistics to support our quoting and operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for entering and managing rate data, preparing air freight quotes, and ensuring accuracy in all logistics documentation. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who has worked in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environments and enjoys working behind the scenes with data and numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Enter and update air freight rates, surcharges, and carrier data into internal systems. ● Prepare and maintain accurate air freight quotations for U.S. customers.

● Verify information from carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure quote accuracy.

● Track and manage quote requests and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed.

● Maintain organized digital files and ensure data integrity across platforms.

● Support the operations or pricing team with additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

● 2+ year of experience in data entry, logistics, or air freight forwarding preferred.

● Basic understanding of air freight operations, rates, or quoting processes.

● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.

● Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer applications.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience using freight or logistics management software (CargoWise, Magaya, etc.)

● Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms, charge codes, etc.)

● Previous experience with rate or quote management in air freight.
