We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Istanbul office. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics Management, International Trade and Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Aviation Management, Civil Aviation, or related fields
• Experience in the freight forwarding sector is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in air import and export operations
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
• For male candidates, completion of military service or exemption is required

Job Description

• Managing all operational processes related to air freight import and export shipments accurately and thoroughly
• Preparing, checking, and archiving transportation documents (AWB, manifest, etc.)
• Ensuring proper documentation and smooth information flow at every stage, from order receipt to invoicing, and proactively informing customers
• Maintaining effective communication and coordination with customers, customs brokers, and overseas agents
• Managing domestic and international customer relations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Monitoring air cargo operations with a focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business continuity
