JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Air Handler Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling HVAC air handler units and subcomponents according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. This position requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble air handling units (AHUs) from sheet metal parts, insulation, fan sections, coils, and other components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to ensure accurate assembly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work orders.
- Perform quality checks and report any nonconformities or defects.
- Install motors, dampers, filters, and control components as required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory and material handling as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Communication: Proactively communicate with other stations to ensure the timely completion of tasks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Packaging & Shipping: Ensure that completed parts are packaged properly for shipment, maintaining product integrity.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address and report part or equipment defects, collaborating with supervisors to find effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in daily team meetings, share ideas, and embrace new ways of thinking to help refine our manufacturing processes.
- Adaptability: Be ready to assist in other areas of the production line as needed, contributing to a flexible and agile manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in assembly work, or specialized training in related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed.
- Previous experience using hand and power tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a drug screen and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, and noise.
- Fast-paced environment with moving parts, sharp edges, and confined spaces.
- Physical demands may include pushing, pulling, kneeling, reaching overhead, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:
- Consistently meet or exceed established production and quality standards.
- Demonstrate excellent housekeeping and organizational skills.
- Adhere to the company’s attendance and overtime policies.
- Complete all duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekend work as needed. We ask you are able to work 4:30am-3:00pm. Regular shifts are 6:30am-3:00pm
