Air Import/Export Operation Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Import/Export Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of importing and exporting goods, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and facilitating smooth operations within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export activities, including documentation and compliance with international trade regulations. AES Filing, MBL,HBL, Arrival Notice and BOL's documentation handling.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant documentation using Cargowise.

Skills

• Experience with Cargowise is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners regarding shipments and logistics.
• Chinese speaking highly preferred!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
