Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Freight / Project Cargo Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across import and export transportation services.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in freight forwarding sales and an existing customer network within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics markets.

Promote Ocean LCL, Ocean FCL, Air Freight, Project Cargo, Import and Export transportation services.

Conduct regular customer visits and business development meetings.

Build, maintain, and grow a sustainable customer portfolio.

Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with operational teams.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with customers.

Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with operations and management teams to deliver efficient logistics solutions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Project Cargo, Import or Export Transportation or Financial services experience

Existing customer portfolio and industry network is highly preferred.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious personality.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid driver's license and active driving experience.

Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in LCL Import Freight Forwarding sales.

Knowledge of international trade, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics processes.

Strong commercial awareness and market knowledge.

Experience in project cargo and oversized shipments will be considered a strong advantage.
