Air Travel Consultant

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Air Ticketing Officer/ Travel Agent to work with us in Lahore. Excellent customer service, helping clients plan and book their travel needs, and guaranteeing a hassle-free and easy trip are the main responsibilities of the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, flight options, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
• Efficiently handle ticketing, reservations, and bookings using computerized systems.
• Stay updated with the latest airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends.
• Handle changes to cancellations and refunds while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent/ Air ticketing Officer or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Proficiency in computerized reservation systems (GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Strong communications, interpersonal skills and customer relation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visas, and travel regulations.
